Screen size

There are many different screen sizes, for different purposes.

  • 13-14 inch: Good for portability, mostly seen in lightweight/less powerful laptops targeted towards students and business users.
  • * Example: HP Elitebook 845 G10, Lenovo Slim 7i, Acer Swift 3...
  • 15-16 inch: All-rounder, balanced between wide screen estate and portability. Used by everything, from thin ultrabooks to big gaming laptops.

  • 17 inch+: Really big screen, not good for portability. Mostly for niche and high-end gaming, business and content creator laptops.
